This white and yellow goalie mask was game worn by Trevor Kidd while playing for the Brandon Wheat Kings during the late 1980's/early 1990's. Trevor was a 1st round draft pick, selected 11th overall in the 1990 NHL Entry Draft by the Calgary Flames. He was the first goalie picked in that year's draft, picked ahead of goalies Martin Brodeur (20th overall) and Felix Potvin (31st overall).
After playing 2 games for the Flames in 1991-92, Trevor was in the NHL for good starting the 1993-94 season. All told Trevor played in the NHL for 11 seasons with the Flames, Hurricanes, Panthers and Maple Leafs.
The mask has the Wheat Kings logo on the forhead, wheat branches on both sides and "Kidder" on the chin. The mask has been autographed by Trevor "Thanks for everything, Trevor Kidd".
