Tom Lysiak Atlanta Flames or Chicago Blackhawks Sher-Wood Game Used Stick Autographed Deceased
Lot #443

This Sher-Wood PMP 5030 hockey stick was game used by Tom Lysiak while playing for either the Atlanta Flames or Chicago Blackhawks. Lysiak was the 2nd overall selection in the 1973 NHL entry draft by the Atlanta Flames. He burst onto the scene for Atlanta in 1973-74, spending his first 6 years with the club and is now looked back upon as the greatest player in Atlanta Flames history. Tom completed his 13-year career with the Chicago Blackhawks where he played for 8 years. Lysiak was an NHL All Star in 1975, 76 and 77. He had several 30-goal seasons and completed his career with nearly 300 goals and 843 points in 919 games played.

This Sher-Wood stick has the player number and name “12 Lysiak T.” stamped on the side. The stick is fully taped on the butt. The blade tape has been removed. Tom has autographed the side in blue marker. Unfortunately Tom passed away in 2016. The stick is uncracked and in beautiful condition.
