Tie Domi Victoriaville Game Used Stick - Autographed
Lot #182

This white Victoriaville 4050 hockey stick was game used by Tie Domi.  Domi began his pro career at the age of 17 with Peterborough. He would spend 3 seasons with the Petes, where he racked up an astounding 546 PIMS in 121 games played. The 1987-88 OHL season alone saw Domi score 22 goals and 43 points while amassing 292 PIMS in 60 games played. Domi would then become the Toronto Maple Leafs 2nd round selection in the 1988 NHL entry draft.

Tie began his NHL career with a 2-game stint with the Leafs in 1989-90. He would next become the enforcer for the New York Rangers and then the Winnipeg Jets, spending parts of 3 seasons with each club. His final NHL stop was with Toronto, where it all began. He played for the Maple Leafs for 11 years, retiring following the 2005-06 season. During his career he was involved in many legendary fights, with volumes of fight tapes dedicated to him alone. All told Domi racked up 3515 PIMS in 1020 games. This resounding total places Domi 3rd on the NHL’s all-time list, behind only Tiger Williams and Dale Hunter.

This white Victoriaville is fully taped on the butt and blade.  The player name "T. Domi" is stamped on the side.  Tie has autographed the stick on the heel.
