This blue hockey helmet by Mission was game worn by defenseman Steve Montador. Montador spent a handful of seasons in the minors prior to cracking the NHL. He broke in with the Calgary Flames in 2001-02 and spent 4 years with the club prior to joining the Florida Panthers where Steve played for 3 seasons. Brief stops in Anaheim and Boston followed before Steve joined the Buffalo Sabres in 2009-10. After 2 seasons in Buffalo, Steve joined his current team, the Chicago Blackhawks.
This blue Mission helmet has the player number “7” on the back. The Panther name is on both sides. A Hockey Fights Cancer sticker can be found on the back left, opposite the NHL shield.
