Stan Smyl Vancouver Canucks Sher-Wood Game Used Stick Autographed

This Sher-Wood PMP 5030 hockey stick was game used by Stan Smyl. Smyl was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks in the 1978 NHL Amateur Draft. He joined the Canucks for the 1978-79 season and was a fixture for the next 13 seasons eventually becoming team Captain. When he retired he was the Canucks all-time leader in games played, goals, assists and points. He had a career best 38 Goals, 50 Assists and 88 Points in 74 games played in 1982-83. Smyl’s player number “12” was the first retired number in Canucks history and now hangs with Pavel Bure #10, Trevor Linden #16 and Markus Naslund #19.

This Sher-Wood hockey stick has the player name “Smyl S” stamped on the side. The stick is fully taped on the butt. Stan has autographed the side “Steamer”. The stick is uncracked and in beautiful condition.
