This black Reebok Ribcore hockey stick was game used by Pavel Datsyuk. The Detroit Red Wings selected Datsyuk in the 6th round of the 1998 NHL Entry Draft. Datsyuk joined the Red Wings in 2001-02 and began what is now an 12-year NHL journey in Detroit. Pavel made 3 trips to the Stanley Cup Finals in his first 7 years of service in the Motor City walking away with 2 titles. He is a 4-time recipient of the Lady Byng Memorial Trophy that is awarded to the player who has exhibited the best sportsmanship and gentlemanly conduct combined with a high standard of play. Pavel has also won the Frank J Selke Trophy as the NHL’s best defensive forward 3-times along with a Bud Light Plus/Minus Award. His overall game continues to improve year after year, making him one of the leagues true standouts. The stat sheets further this claim as Pavel has averaged about a point per game throughout his 800+ game NHL career.
This black Reebok hockey stick has the player nickname “Pasha” on the side. The player number “13” is written in black marker on the butt. The stick is fully taped on the butt. Some of the blade taped has been removed so Pavel could autograph it. The stick is uncracked and in beautiful condition.
