This black hockey jersey was manufactured by Koho. The Winnipeg Jets selected Khabibulin in the 9th round of the 1992 NHL Entry Draft. After coming over from his native Russia in 1994, Khabibulin began his NHL career with the Jets. He spent his first 5 seasons with the Jets franchise, three of those years in Phoenix following the move from Winnipeg. In 3 seasons with the Coyotes, Nikolai appeared in 72, 70 and 63 games respectively. Khabibulin next joined the Tampa Bay Lightning where he tended goal for parts of 4 seasons prior to guarding the pipes in Chicago for 4 seasons. A 4-year stint in Edmonton preceded his final stop, the Chicago Blackhawks. Nikolai has represented his native Russia in the World Cup of Hockey and the Olympics and he is also a 4-time NHL All Star participant. During the 2009-10 season, Khabibulin notched his 300th career win which placed him in rare company, top 20 all-time. His crowning achievement came in 2003-04 when he backstopped the Lightning to the first Stanley Cup Championship in franchise history, posting all 16 Wins and a remarkable 1.71 GAA in those playoffs!
