Description
Nathan MacKinnon Colorado Avalanche Black CCM Game Worn Gloves 2016 Stadium Series
Lot #509

These black hockey gloves by CCM were game worn by Nathan MacKinnon while playing against the Detroit Red Wings on February 27, 2016 in the Coors Light Stadium Series game at Coors Field. MacKinnon was the 1st overall pick by the Colorado Avalanche in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. He joined the Avs for the 2013-14 season and had 24 Goals, 39 Assists and 63 Points to win the Calder Memorial Trophy as the NHL rookie of the year. Nathan also became the youngest player to record back-to-back 2 Goal games and broke Wayne Gretzky’s record by having the longest point scoring streak by an 18-year-old in NHL history, 13 games; quite a rookie season indeed! In 2016 MacKinnon signed a 7-year $44 million contract with the Avs.

These black CCM gloves have the player team and number “Avalanche 29” screened to the cuff. Our consignor acquired these gloves directly from the Avalanche team store.
