Mike Peca Edmonton Oilers Bauer Game Worn Helmet - Team Letter
Lot #616
This blue hockey helmet by Bauer was game worn by Mike Peca while playing for the Edmonton Oilers. The Vancouver Canucks selected Peca in the 2nd round of the 1992 NHL Entry Draft. Peca made his NHL debut with Vancouver in 1993-94 and spent 2 seasons with the Canucks before joining the Buffalo Sabres for a 5-year stint beginning in 1995-96. After suffering a serious injury in 2000, Peca missed the 2000-01 season and resumed his career with the New York Islanders in 2001-02. After 3 seasons on the Island, Peca spent a year in Edmonton, another in Toronto and a final two in Columbus before retiring. Peca was a 2-time winner of the Frank J Selke Trophy as the leagues best defensive forward and represented Team Canada in the 2002 Olympics.

This blue Bauer helmet has the player number “37” on back. The Oilers team is on both sides. An Oilers team hologram can also be found on the side. This helmet will be accompanied by an Oilers team letter.
