This black hockey helmet by Nike/Bauer was game worn by Mike Knuble while playing for the Philadelphia Flyers. The Detroit Red Wings selected Knuble in the 4th round of the 1991 NHL Entry Draft. After graduating from the University of Michigan, Knuble embarked on an NHL career that is now 15 seasons long. During that time Knuble has represented the Red Wings where he celebrated 2 Stanley Cups, the Rangers, Bruins, Flyers and Capitals. After playing a defensive role during the early stages of his career, Knuble found the skillset necessary to score in the NHL and became a consistent goal scorer with totals in the mid 20’s to as high as the mid 30’s for much of the past decade.
This black Nike/Bauer helmet has the player number “22” on back. Removed from both sides is the Flyers logo.
