This road maroon knit gamer by CCM was worn by Rob Giffin circa the mid 1990’s during OHL play. Giffin is a Peterborough native who spent 4 years playing for the Petes spanning 1993-97. In fact he was the 2nd leading scorer on the 1996 championship club, in both the regular season and playoffs behind only Cameron Mann. Giffin later went onto the ECHL, WPHL, UHL and CHL before retiring.
The game wear on this size 52 sweater is solid and consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes, washed out bloodstains, inner pilling and a couple of team-sewn repairs. This gamer has also been customized with an additional fight strap sewn to the belly.
