This 8x10 B&W photo was autographed by Michel Plasse. The Montreal Canadiens selected Plasse with the 1st overall pick in the 1968 NHL Amateur Draft. This Montreal native made his NHL debut in 1970-71 with the St. Louis Blues where he played for one season. Plasse next played for a couple of seasons with the Canadiens before going on to represent the Scouts, Penguins, Rockies and Nordiques. All told this Goalie spent 11 seasons between the NHL pipes. Plasse died of a heart attack in December of 2003, at the age of 58.
Our consignor went to a hockey game every night and had all autographs signed personally.
