This yellow Easton Synergy hockey stick was game used by MVP Martin St. Louis while playing for the Tampa Bay Lightning. St. Louis broke into the NHL with the Calgary Flames after spending 4 NCAA seasons with the University of Vermont. Following a couple of years with the Flames, Martin joined the Tampa Bay Lightning where he has become one of the most successful players in franchise history.
During his time with the Lightning, Martin has emerged as one of the NHL’s best players. He helped lead the Lightning to the only Stanley Cup in team history in 2004 with a key overtime game winner in game 6 of the Finals. The 2003-04 season was one full of accolades for St. Louis, as he walked away with plenty of hardware including the Art Ross Trophy, the Hart Memorial Trophy, the Lester B. Pearson Trophy and the Bud Light Plus-Minus Award. In 2006-07 he rang up a 102-point season on the strength of 43 goals. In addition to a 2nd Team NHL All Star selection, Martin has a handful of NHL All Star game appearances to his credit.
This yellow Easton Synergy has the player name and number “26 St. Louis” on the side. The stick is fully taped on the butt. The blade tape has been removed so Martin could autograph it. The stick is uncracked and in beautiful condition.
