Marc-Andre Fleury Pittsburgh Penguins Yellow Reebok Game Worn Catcher Autographed Worn in 2007-08 Mario Lemieux Foundation Letter
Lot #243
This yellow hockey catcher by Reebok was game worn by future Hall of Famer Marc-Andre Fleury while playing for the Pittsburgh Penguins during the 2007-08 season. The Pittsburgh Penguins made Marc-Andre the 1st overall pick in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft. Fleury had spent his entire 13-year NHL career as the man between the pipes for the Penguins prior to joining the Vegas Golden Knights for the start of their inaugural season in 2017-18. This 5-time NHL All Star led Pittsburgh to their first Stanley Cup of the Crosby era in 2009 and captured another pair of Stanley Cup Rings in 2016 and 2017. His efforts with the expansion Vegas Knights was extraordinary, having led them to the Stanley Cup Finals in the team’s first season. The 2020-21 season saw Fleury win the William M. Jennings and Vezina Trophies and be named a Second Team NHL All Star. He joined the Chicago Blackhawks for the 2021-22 season and has played the last couple of seasons with the Minnesota Wild. Fleury is now the third most winningest goaltender of all-time and he could pass Patrick Roy for second place this season or next. A place in the Hockey Hall of Fame awaits this Stanley Cup Champion.

This yellow Reebok catcher has the player name “Fleury” stitched on the back. Marc-Andre has autographed the back, next to which sits the Mario Lemieux Foundation hologram. The catcher shows solid game use and will be accompanied by a Mario Lemieux Foundation letter.
