Late 1990s Doug Brown Detroit Red Wings Training Camp Worn Jersey
Lot #208
This red air-knit jersey by CCM was worn by Doug Brown circa the late 1990’s during Training Camp. After graduating from Boston College, this Southborough, MA native began his NHL career with the New Jersey Devils in 1986-87. After 7 years in the Garden State, Brown spent a year with the Pittsburgh Penguins before joining the Detroit Red Wings in 1994-95. Brown went to the Cup Finals in 3 of his first 4 years in Detroit and walked away with two Stanley Cup Rings. After 7 seasons with the Red Wings, Doug announced his retirement.

Sewn to the right breast of this jersey is the Center Ice patch. The game wear on this size 56 training camp sweater consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, pulls and pilling both inside and out. On the inside hem is the official Detroit Red Wings game worn and set tagging.
