Description
Keith Tkachuk Winnipeg Jets Blue/Red Louisville Game Worn Gloves Autographed
Lot #529

These blue and red hockey gloves by Louisville were game worn by future Hall of Famer Keith Tkachuk while playing for the Winnipeg Jets. The Winnipeg Jets selected Tkachuk in the 1st round of the 1990 NHL Entry Draft. After playing his college hockey at Boston University, this Melrose, MA native began his NHL career with the Jets in 1991-92. Keith spent five years in Winnipeg and transferred with the club to Phoenix where he played for another five years before joining the St. Louis Blues. Tkachuk spent the final 9 years of his career in St. Louis where he completed his 18-year NHL career. Considered one of the few pure power forwards of his generation, Tkachuk ended his career with 538 goals, 1065 points and 2219 PIMS, quite impressive totals that will likely earn him induction into the Hall of Fame. He was twice a 2nd Team NHL All Star who played in a handful of NHL All Star Games. Tkachuk netted 50 goal seasons in Winnipeg and Phoenix. He was an integral member of Team USA, representing them in both World Cups of Hockey and 4 Olympics!

These blue and red gloves have the player name “Tkachuk” stitched on the cuff. Keith has autographed both gloves right next to his name. The gloves show solid game use.
