This red and white hockey catcher by RBK was game worn by goaltender Jimmy Howard while playing in the AHL for the Grand Rapids Griffins, he also used this syle when he came up to the Red Wings in his rookie season. The Red Wings selected this Syracuse, NY native in the 2nd round of the 2003 NHL Entry Draft. After playing for the US Junior National Team and the University of Maine, Howard began his NHL career with the Red Wings in 2005-06. Howard has spent his entire 6-year NHL career with Detroit, where he assumed the starter’s role in 2009-10. Howard made his first NHL All Star game appearance in 2012 on the strength of 35 Wins, 6 by way of shutout and a sparkling 2.13 GAA.
