John "Jack" Evans played 14 seasons in the NHL for the New York Rangers and Chicago Black Hawks. He won the Stanley Cup with Black Hawks in 1961. He played in two NHL All Stars games. Evans also coached for eight seasons in the National Hockey League for the California Golden Seals, Cleveland Barons and Hartford Whalers.
Evans died November 10, 1996 at the age of 68. The photo is in beautiful condition and the signature is a 10.
