Lot #415
This grey Bauer Nexus 8000 hockey stick was prepared for use and autographed by 1st round draft pick Jack Eichel. Eichel was drafted 2nd overall by the Buffalo Sabres in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. Born in North Chelmsford, MA, this 19-year-old played 2 years on the USA Hockey National Team Development Program. After his 2nd season, he signed a letter of intent to play for Boston University. In 40 games played at BU, Eichel led the nation in scoring with 26 Goals, 45 Assists and 71 Points. For his effort he was rewarded with Rookie of the Year, Player of the Year, MVP of the conference tournament, and the winner of the Hobey Baker Award as college hockey’s best player. Jack had a solid rookie season with Buffalo, scoring 24 Goals and 56 Points.


This grey Bauer hockey stick has the player name “Eichel” on the side. If is fully taped on the butt by Jack. The blade has not been taped and is autographed by Jack. We have not found a photo of Jack using this exact model stick, we are not sure if he used this model or planned to use this model.
