Description
Geoff Smith Edmonton Oilers Victoriaville Game Used Stick Autographed Stanley Cup Season
Lot #478
This Geoff Smith hockey stick was acquired with the complete team set from every player on the 1990 Stanley Cup Champion Edmonton Oilers. Our consignor received these sticks personally after a game during that cup-winning season.

This Victoriaville Ultra Vic 4050 hockey stick was game used by Geoff Smith while playing for the Edmonton Oilers during the 1989-90 Stanley Cup winning season. Smith was drafted by the Edmonton Oilers in the 3rd round of the 1987 NHL Entry Draft. After 2 years at the University of North Dakota and 1 year in the WHL, Geoff joined the Oilers for the 1989-90 season, just in time to capture his 1st and only Stanley Cup Championship. Partway into his 5th season in Edmonton, Geoff was traded to the Florida Panthers where he played for 3 more seasons. Geoff then split time between the minors and the Rangers before calling it a career after the 1989-99 season.

This Victoriaville hockey stick has the player name and number “G Smith 25” stamped on the side. The stick is fully taped on the butt and blade. Geoff has autographed the side. The stick is uncracked and in beautiful condition.
