This Koho Revolution hockey stick was game used by Esa Tikkanen while playing for the New York Rangers. Tikkanen was chosen by the Oilers in the 1983 NHL Entry Draft. He began his career with the Oilers in 1984-85 with a brief 3-game playoff call-up and a Stanley Cup celebration. Esa would play with the Oilers until late in the 1992-93 season and win 3 more Cups in Edmonton. The 1993 trade that sent Esa to the Rangers also proved fruitful, as Esa would team with other ex-Oiler teammates to win another Stanley Cup in New York. Esa would play in St. Louis, New Jersey, Vancouver, New York a few more times, Florida and a few years in Europe before calling it a career.
