Eric Godard Calgary Flames Mission Game Worn Helmet
Lot #376
This black hockey helmet by Mission was game worn by Eric Godard while playing for the Calgary Flames. Godard stands 6’ 4” and packs a punch. During his brief minor league career, Godard racked up some impressive penalty minute totals. In 133 games for Lethbridge he accumulated 549 PIMS, with a single season best of 310 PIMS coming in 1999-00. In Bridgeport, Eric tabbed 705 PIMS in 195 games played. Undrafted, this towering BC native first made it into the NHL by way of the New York Islanders in 2002-03. After 3 years on the Island, Eric journeyed west to Calgary for another couple of seasons. Eric joined the Penguins for the start of the 2008-09 season where he played in 71 games and watched his team win a Stanley Cup that spring. Eric’s last NHL season was in 2010-11 with the Pens.

This black Mission helmet has the player number “17” on back. The Calgary Flames team name is on both sides.
