Description
Early 2000's Shawn McEachern Ottawa Senators Game Worn Jersey
Lot #220
This home white knit gamer by CCM was worn by Shawn McEachern circa the early 2000’s during the end of his tenure with the Ottawa Senators. The Pittsburgh Penguins selected McEachern in the 6th round of the 1987 NHL Entry Draft. After playing his college hockey at Boston University, this Waltham, MA native joined the Pittsburgh Penguins in time to capture a Stanley Cup in the Spring of 1992. He would spend 4 seasons in Pittsburgh that included a quick stop in LA, before joining the Boston Bruins for a year and then serving the next 6 seasons in Ottawa. Shawn finished up his NHL career with 2 years in Atlanta and a final season in Boston. McEachern was twice a 30-Goal scorer during his time with Ottawa and set a career high for points with 72 in 2000-01.

Proudly sewn to the left breast of this gamer is the alternate Captain’s “A”. The sleeves on this jersey have been custom shortened for McEachern by the team. The game wear on this size 56 sweater is solid and consists of a good many stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes, inner pilling and some team-sewn repair work.
