This black Sher-Wood PMP 7030 hockey stick was game used by Duane Sutter while playing for the Chicago Blackhawks. Sutter was drafted by the New York Islanders in the 1st round of the 1979 NHL Entry Draft. He joined the Isles into the 1979-80 season and celebrated with his teammates as they raised the Stanley Cup that spring. That was just the beginning for Duane, as he actually celebrated with Lord Stanley’s Cup after his first four NHL seasons. After 8 seasons on Long Island, Duane went to Chicago for 3 seasons before his retirement.
This black Sher-Wood stick has the player name “Sutter” stamped on the side. The stick is fully taped on the butt and blade. It is uncracked and in beautiful condition.
