Don Maloney New York Rangers White Canadien Game Used Stick
Lot #519
This white Canadien 6001 hockey stick was game used by Don Maloney while playing for the New York Rangers. Don was drafted by the New York Rangers in the 1st round of the 1978 NHL Entry Draft. Maloney played 10+ seasons with the Rangers, many of them with his brother Dave, before finishing his career with a partial season in Hartford and 2 seasons with the New York Islanders. Don was 5 times a 20-Goal scorer with a career high of 29 in both 1980-81 and 1982-83. After finishing his playing career, Don went into management and became a GM. Just this last season he was let go as GM of the Arizona Coyotes. In a 2009 book of the 100 Ranger Greats, Maloney was ranked as the 26th greatest Ranger of all-time.

This white Canadien hockey stick has the player name “Maloney” stamped on the side. The stick is fully taped on the butt and blade. It is uncracked and in beautiful condition.
