In a career that spanned an impressive 23 seasons, Andreychuk played in Buffalo for 11 years before moving onto Toronto in 1993. After parts of 4 seasons with the Leafs, Dave joined the Devils for 4 years and scored his 500th Goal in New Jersey. Other stops included Boston, Colorado, another year in Buffalo and a final 4 seasons in Tampa Bay, where Dave captured the trophy that had eluded him to that point, the Stanley Cup. Andreychuk is currently ranked 14th on the NHL’s all-time goal scoring list with 640. His 1338 career points also place him amongst the elite scorers of all-time. A member of the vaunted 50-goal club, Dave netted a career best 53 for Toronto in 1993-94. Longevity is a respected term among NHLers and Andreychuk fits the definition having finished his career with 1639 games played, the 4th highest total in league history. After serving as team Captain and hoisting the Cup in Tampa Bay, Dave called it quits on what was a most impressive career. Dave was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in the class of 2017.
