This Chicago Black Hawks original six logo puck dates back to the 1962-1964 era. It is the second version of the first time the NHL put team logos on game pucks. There are four variations of this logo puck which cover the 1958-62, 1962-64, 1964-67 and 1967-68 eras. This variation is the second oldest. The puck is in very nice condition with just a small chip out of the back. A very nice and rare puck from over 50 years ago.
