Bruce MacGregor Detroit Red Wings Northland Game Used Stick
Lot #445

This Northland Custom Pro hockey stick was game used by Bruce MacGregor while playing for the Detroit Red Wings. MacGregor joined the Red Wings towards the end of the 1960-61 season and spent 11 seasons in Detroit. He then played 2+ seasons with the Rangers and 2 seasons with the Oilers in the WHA. He was a solid player, scoring over 200 Goals in his NHL career. He was also part of the Team Canada squad that played the Russians in the 1974 Summit Series. After his playing days were finished, MacGregor went into management, winning 5 Stanley Cups with the Oilers as the assistant General Manager. He was inducted into the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame in 2015.

This Northland stick has the player name “MacGregor” stamped on the side. The stick is fully taped on the butt and blade. It is uncracked and in beautiful condition.
