This black Westar Pro Select hockey stick was game used by Brian Bellows while playing for the Minnesota North Stars. The Minnesota North Stars made Bellows the 2nd overall pick in the 1982 NHL Entry Draft. Brian began his career in 1982-83 and called Minnesota home for his first 10 seasons. During that time, Brian recorded a 55-goal season, two more 40-goal years, was a 2nd Team NHL All Star, played in 3 NHL All Star games and the 1991 Stanley Cup Finals. The 1992-93 season saw Bellows join the Montreal Canadiens and it was in large part to his 40-goal outburst that helped the Canadiens to the Stanley Cup, earning Brian his first and only Stanley Cup ring. Bellows would spend 3 seasons in Montreal and then did stints in Tampa Bay, Anaheim and Washington before retiring in 1999. His career totals of 485 goals and 1022 points leave him among the elite scorers of his generation.
