These black Bauer Vapor hockey skates by Bauer were game worn by Artemi Panarin during the 2016-17 NHL season. Following 7 seasons in his native Russia, this undrafted winger walked on and made the Blackhawks squad in 2015-16, starting 80 games as a rookie and scoring 30 goals and 77 points! This was good for 9th in league wide scoring and earned Artemi 1st Team All-Rookie honors as well as the Calder Trophy for Rookie of the Year. In 2016-17, the year he wore these skates, Panarin scored a career high 31 Goals while playing in all 82 games for the Hawks. After the 2016-17 season, the Blackhawks saw fit to trade Artemi to the Columbus Blue Jackets where he has played the last 2 seasons, upping his points total in 2017-18 to a career best 82 Points and topping that again in 2018-19 with 87 Points. Artemi was a 2nd Team NHL All Star in 2017 and has played for Team Russian in the World Junior Championships, World Championships and 2016 World Cup of Hockey.

These black Bauer skates have a sticker on the bottom that reads “72.1 1” 9-28-16”. Artemi has autographed both skates silver sharpie.
