This black alternate air-knit gamer by Adidas was worn by Nick Foligno during the 2021-22 NHL season. The Ottawa Senators selected Foligno in the 1st round of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. This Buffalo native made his NHL debut in 2007-08 with the Senators where he played for five years. Foligno went on to represent the Columbus Blue Jackets for the next 9 seasons before playing briefly for the Maple Leafs and most recently the Boston Bruins.
The game wear on this 1st set size 56 alternate is on the lighter side and consists of stick marks, board burns, un-repaired burn holes and inner pilling. Shown above is a beautiful photo match of Foligno wearing this exact jersey during the 2021-22 season. The alternate Captain’s “A” was removed from this sweater by the team as Foligno wore it on and off throughout the first half of the season. Sewn to the inside hem is the official NHL game worn jersey tagging. A nice photo matched alternate worn by this 16-year NHL veteran during his first season with the Boston Bruins. This jersey will be accompanied by a Bruins team letter.
