2016-17 Milan Lucic Edmonton Oilers Camouflage Warm-Up Jersey - “Rexall Place Inaugural Season” - Photo Match
Lot #140
This camouflage air-knit warm-up by Reebok and Elite Sportswear was worn by Milan Lucic during the 2016-17 NHL season. The Boston Bruins selected Lucic in the 2nd round of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. This Vancouver native made his NHL debut in 2007-08 with the Bruins. Milan spent 8 seasons in Boston and went to the Stanley Cup Finals twice, walking away with his first and only Stanley Cup ring in 2011. He since moved on to represent the LA Kings, Edmonton Oilers and most recently the Calgary Flames. Lucic has surpassed the 1100-game plateau, has a 30-goal season to his credit along with several 100+ PIMS seasons.

Proudly sewn to the left breast of this size 58 jersey is the alternate Captain’s “A”. Sewn to the right breast is the Rexall Place Inaugural Season patch. The Oilers wore this set of Canadian Armed Forces camouflage jerseys on November 11, 2016 in the pre-game warm-ups against the Dallas Stars. Shown above is a beautiful photo of Lucic wearing this exact jersey during the aforementioned 2016-17 game. On the back player number is a beautiful black sharpie signature in Lucic’s own hand. Penned on the base of the fight strap is the date of the game and an id number. Affixed alongside is the official Edmonton Oilers hologram. A nice patched and photo matched camouflage offering that sports the coveted letter of honor.
