This grey jersey by Majestic was worn by Wil Myers while playing for the Tampa Bay Rays during Game 2 of the 2013 ALDS vs the Boston Red Sox. Myers was originally drafted by the Kansas City Royals as a catcher in the 2009 MLB Draft. He was traded during the winter of 2012 to the Tampa Bay Rays. He joined the Rays on June 17, 2013, in their 70th game played, during the 2013 season. That season saw Myers go on to lead all AL rookies with 53 RBI’s in only 88 games. For his efforts he was awarded the AL Rookie of the Year, becoming the first ever hitter to win the award with under 100 Games played

After suffering a broken wrist with the Rays in 2014, he was again traded in December, this time to the San Diego Padres. Myers is now in his 7th season in San Diego where he plays mostly at first base. His best full season was in 2016 where, in 157 Games, he hit 28 HR’s, had 94 RBI’s, 28 Stolen Bases and made the 2016 All Star team.
