This blue air-knit gamer by Reebok was worn by Peter Regin during the 2014 Stadium Series at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, NY. The Ottawa Senators selected Regin in the 3rd round of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft. This native of Denmark made his NHL debut in 2008-09 with the Senators where he skated for five seasons before finishing up his NHL career with the New York Islanders and Chicago Blackhawks. Following his 7-years in the NHL, Regin ventured to Europe where he has played for the past 8 seasons, mainly with Jokerit in the KHL.
Sewn to the right shoulder of this gamer is the 2014 Stadium Series New York patch. The game wear on this 1st period size 56 sweater is on the lighter side as would be expected. Shown above is a photo of Regin wearing this exact jersey whilst taking the ice during the 1st period of the Stadium Series game. Sewn to the inside hem is the official NHL game worn jersey tagging. A nice example straight from the ice at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx. This jersey will be accompanied by an Islanders team letter.
