This native of Stockholm, Sweden began his NHL career in Colorado in 2011-12 and won the Calder Trophy as the NHL’s Rookie of the Year later that spring. At just 26 years of age this All Star center already has 9 years of NHL service on his impressive resume. Gabriel, is now in his 8th season as the Team Captain for the Avalalanche. Landeskog experienced a breakout season in 2018-19, scoring 34-goals and 75-points and earning himself his first NHL All Star Game appearance.
