This blue air-knit gamer by Reebok was worn by Frederick Roy during the 2012-13 AHL season. Roy, the son of Hall of Famer Patrick Roy, played his five-year junior career with the Quebec Remparts of the QMJHL before making his minor pro debut in 2012-13 with the Rochester Americans. Frederick spent a couple of seasons with Rochester and later went on to play for Concordia University.
Sewn to the right breast of this gamer is the sponsorship patch. The game wear on this size 54 sweater consists of stick marks, board burns, inner pilling and a team-patched repair on the sleeve. A nice example from Roy’s first professional season. This jersey will be accompanied by an Americans team letter.
