Description
2011-12 Ryan Nugent-Hopkins Edmonton Oilers Game Worn Jersey – Battle of Alberta – Rookie – Photo Match
Lot #68
This road white air-knit gamer by Reebok and Elite Sportswear was worn by Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, during his rookie season, on October 18, 2011 during the Battle of Alberta against the Calgary Flames. The Edmonton Oilers selected Nugent-Hopkins with the 1st overall pick in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft. This Burnaby native made his NHL debut in 2011-12 with the Oilers where he has played his entire 11-year NHL career. Despite not living up to the massive hype put upon his shoulders, Ryan has already eclipsed the 200-goal and 500-point plateaus.

The game wear on this size 56 sweater consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, material pulls and inner pilling. Shown above is a beautiful photo match of Nugent-Hopkins wearing this exact jersey during his rookie season. On the back player number is a beautiful silver sharpie signature in Nugent-Hopkins’ own hand. Sewn to the inside hem is the official NHL game worn jersey tagging. Sewn alongside is the official Edmonton Oilers game worn jersey and set tagging.  nice photo matched offering from The Battle of Alberta that was worn during Nugent-Hopkins’ rookie season.
