2011-12 David Rundblad Ottawa Senators Game Worn Jersey – Alternate – Rookie – “2012 All Star” - Last Game with Senators - Photo Match – Team Letter
Lot #170

This black alternate air-knit gamer by Reebok was worn by David Rundblad during the 2011-12 NHL season, his rookie year. The St. Louis Blues selected Rundblad in the 1st round of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. This Swedish native spent a handful of years playing in his native Sweden before making his NHL debut in 2011-12 with the Ottawa Senators. David played in Ottawa for a partial season until being dealt to the Phoenix Coyotes in December 2011. Rundblad spent three seasons with the Coyotes and then three more with the Chicago Blackhawks where he won the Stanley Cup in 2015. David returned to Europe late in the 2016 season and has spent the past five years playing in the Swiss-A and KHL. Rundblad currently skates for St. Petersburg SKA in the KHL.

Sewn to the right breast of this gamer is the 2012 NHL All Star Game patch. Light but obvious game wear exists on this 1st set size 58 alternate. Shown above is a beautiful photo match of Lundblad wearing this exact jersey during the 2011-12 season. Sewn to the inside is the official Ottawa Senators game worn jersey tagging. This was the only alternate that Lundblad wore during his rookie season with the Senators and was in fact the jersey he wore during his final game with Ottawa. This jersey will be accompanied by a Senators team letter.
