This white retro air-knit gamer by Reebok and Elite Sportswear was worn by Chris VandeVelde during the 2011-12 NHL season. The Edmonton Oilers selected VandeVelde in the 4th round of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft. After playing 4 seasons of college hockey for the Fighting Sioux at the University of North Dakota and graduating in 2010, this Moorhead, MN native began his NHL career with the Oilers in 2010-11. Following 3 seasons in Edmonton, VandeVelde joined the Philadelphia Flyers where he spent 4 seasons with the club before heading to Europe to continue his career.

The game wear on this Retro 1st set size 58 sweater consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, material pulls and pilling. Shown above is a beautiful photo match of VandeVelde wearing this exact jersey during the 2011-12 season. VandeVelde scored his first NHL goal while wearing this exact jersey on March 25, 2012.
