2010 A.J. Thelen ECHL All Star Game Worn Jersey – PHPA Letter
Lot #258

This orange air-knit gamer by Reebok was worn by A.J. Thelen during the 2010 ECHL All Star Game. The Minnesota Wild selected Thelen in the 1st round of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft. After playing his college hockey at Michigan State University, this Savage, MN native made his professional debut with the Houston Aeros in 2005-06. All told this defenseman would play 5 minor league seasons while representing the Texas Wildcatters, Florida Everblades, Rochester Americans and Kalamazoo Wings.

Sewn to the right breast and lower tail of this gamer are the sponsorship patch. The game wear on this 2nd period size 58 All Star sweater is on the lighter side as would be expected. On the fight strap is a black sharpie “2” to indicate the period the jersey was used. On the back player number is a beautiful silver sharpie signature in Thelen’s own hand. This jersey will be accompanied by a Professional Hockey Players Association letter.
