This blue alternate air-knit gamer by Reebok was worn by Nick Johnson during the 2010-11 NHL season. The Pittsburgh Penguins selected Johnson in the 3rd round of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft. After playing his college hockey at Dartmouth College, Johnson made his NHL debut with the Penguins in 2009-10. Nick spent parts of two seasons with Pittsburgh before moving on to play for the Minnesota Wild, Phoenix Coyotes and Boston Bruins.

The Penguins wore this “Vintage” set of sweaters twice during the 2010-11 season. The dates of use were February 10, 2011 and March 12, 2011. Light but obvious use exists on this size 56 alternate including stick marks, board burns and inner pilling. Shown above is a beautiful photo match of Johnson wearing this exact jersey during the 2010-11 season. Sewn to the inside hem is the official Pittsburgh Penguins game worn jersey and set tagging.
