Description
2009-10 Ben Eager Chicago Blackhawks Game Worn Jersey – “2010 Stanley Cup Finals” – Stanley Cup Season - Team Letter
Lot #132
This white air-knit gamer by Reebok was worn by Ben Eager during the 2009-10 NHL season. The Phoenix Coyotes selected Eager in the 1st round of the 2002 NHL Entry Draft. He began his NHL career in 2005-06 with the Philadelphia Flyers where he played for parts of 3 seasons prior to joining the Chicago Blackhawks in 2007-08. Eager spent 3 years with the Hawks, which culminated with a Stanley Cup Championship in 2010. He went onto represent the Thrashers, Sharks and Oilers before heading to Moscow this season where he currently competes in the KHL. In 407 NHL games, this tough guy has accumulated 875 PIMS. His single season best came in 2006-07 with the Flyers when he amassed 233 PIMS.

Sewn to the right breast of this gamer is the 2010 Stanley Cup Finals patch. The game wear on this size 58 sweater consists of stick marks, board burns, board paint transfer, inner pilling and a couple of team-sewn repairs. Sewn to the inside hem is the official Chicago Blackhawks game worn jersey tagging. The Hawks team letter states that Eager wore this jersey during the regular season and it was prepared as a backup for the Stanley Cup Finals. A Nice piece of Hawks history, as they went on to capture their first Stanley Cup in nearly 50-years!
