This white air-knit gamer by Reebok was worn by Andrew Desjardins during the 2008-09 ECHL season. After spending 4 seasons with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds of the OHL, Desjardins began his professional career in 2007-08 in the CHL. A season later he spent 5 games with the Phoenix Roadrunners of the ECHL before taking his place in the San Jose Sharks organization. Desjardins spent parts of 3 years with the AHL’s Worcester Sharks before joining the NHL’s San Jose Sharks in 2010-11. He would spend the next 5 seasons in the Shark Tank prior to joining the Chicago Blackhawks during the latter part of 2014-15.
The game wear on this 1st set size 56 sweater consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes, pulls, pilling and a team-sewn repair. Desjardins wore this white sweater during his brief 5-game stint in the ECHL with Phoenix at the beginning of his professional career as he began climbing the ladder to the NHL. This jersey will be accompanied by an ECHL letter.
