2007-08 Troy Brouwer Rockford IceHogs Game Worn Jersey - Photo Match "WWW" - AHL Letter
Lot #222

This road red air-knit gamer by Reebok was worn by Troy Brouwer during the 2007-08 AHL season. The Chicago Blackhawks selected Brouwer in the 7th round of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft. After 5 seasons with the Hawks that included a much-celebrated Stanley Cup title, Troy joined the Washington Capitals where he played for 4 seasons. Following his time in Washington, Brouwer represented the St. Louis Blues, Calgary Flames and most recently the Florida Panthers.

Sewn to the left breast of this gamer is the “WWW” patch to commemorate the passing of Blackhawks owner Bill Wirtz. Sewn to the right breast is the sponsorship patch. The game wear on this 1st set size 56 sweater is solid and consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes, Edge material pulls, stitch pops, fine inner pilling and a couple of handfuls of team-sewn repairs. Shown above is a beautiful photo match of Brouwer wearing this exact jersey during the 2007-08 season. Brouwer appeared in 75 games during the 2007-08 season with the IceHogs, scoring 35 goals and adding 154 PIMS while wearing this sweater during road games. A well-worn patched and photo matched offering from the 2nd year of this NHL veteran’s professional career. This jersey will be accompanied by an AHL letter.
