2007-08 Karl Goehring Syracuse Crunch Game Worn Jersey AHL Letter
Lot #297
This blue air-knit gamer by Reebok was worn by Karl Goering during the 2007-08 AHL season. This Apple Valley, MN native played 4 seasons of college hockey for the Fighting Sioux at the University of North Dakota before graduating in 2001. Goehring stood between the pipes as UND won a National Championship in 2000 and finished runner-up the following season. Goehring is one of the most celebrated players in UND history and remains their all-time leader in Wins, Winning Percentage and Shutouts. Goehring enjoyed an 8-year minor pro career where he stood between the pipes for Syracuse, San Antonio, Milwaukee, Wiles-Barre/Scranton, Norfolk and Manitoba of the AHL. Since retiring, Goehring has spent the past 7 seasons as an assistant coach for his alma mater.

Sewn to the right breast of this gamer is the sponsorship patch. The game wear on this 1st set size 58 Goalie cut sweater is solid and consists of stick and puck marks, goal post paint transfer, edge material pulls, heavy pilling and a sizable team-sewn repair. A well-worn example from Goehring’s professional career. This jersey will be accompanied by an AHL letter.
