This black alternate air-knit gamer by Reebok was worn by Tyler Wright during the 2005-06 NHL season. The Edmonton Oilers selected Wright in the 1st round of the 1991 NHL Entry Draft. Wright made his NHL debut in 1992-93 with the Oilers where he played for four seasons. In 1996-97, Tyler joined the Pittsburgh Penguins for a three-year stint that was followed by five years in Columbus and a final partial season with the Anaheim Ducks. All told this tough Center iceman played in 13 NHL seasons and racked up 854 PIMS in 613 games played.
The game wear on this 1st set size 56 alternate consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer and inner pilling. Shown above is a beautiful photo match of Wright wearing this exact jersey during the 2005-06 season. Sewn to the inside hem is the official NHL game worn jersey tagging.
