2005-06 Junior Lessard Dallas Stars Game Worn Jersey Rookie - NHL Debut - 1st NHL Goal & Point
Lot #155

This home green air-knit gamer by Reebok was worn by Junior Lesard during the 2005-06 NHL season, his rookie year. After playing his college hockey at the University of Minnesota-Duluth, Lessard made his NHL debut in 2005-06 with the Dallas Stars. Lessard spent parts of three seasons with the Stars before playing one final NHL season with the Tampa Bay Lightning. Junior did enjoy a lengthy minor-pro career that saw him play in the AHL and ECHL before finishing up his playing days in Europe.

The game wear on this 1st set size 56 sweater consists of stick marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes, inner pilling and a sizable team-sewn repair on the right elbow. Sewn to the inside hem is the official NHL game worn jersey tagging. According to the population report and game logs, Lessard made his NHL debut while wearing this sweater on home ice against the Calgary Flames October 22, 2005. Junior also scored his first NHL Goal and Point while wearing this sweater on November 7, 2005 against the Edmonton Oilers.
