This red air-knit gamer by Nike was worn by Jay Bouwmeester during the 2004 World Cup of Hockey. The Florida Panthers selected Bouwmeester with the 3rd overall pick in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft. This Edmonton native made his NHL debut in 2002-03 with the Panthers where he played for 6 seasons. Bouwmeeester went on to represent the Calgary Flames for parts of four years before joining the St. Louis Blues where he has anchored their defense for the past 7 seasons. This 16-year NHL veteran is a two-time NHL All Star who has represented Team Canada in the World Championships, the World Cup of Hockey and the Olympics.

Sewn to the left breast of this gamer is the 2004 World Cup of Hockey patch. The game wear on this size 58 sweater consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, un-repaired burn holes and inner pilling. Affixed to the inner hem is the official Nike barcode. Team Canada regained World Cup supremacy as they won the 2004 Tournament after going undefeated and dispatching Finland in the Final round at Air Canada Centre in Toronto. This jersey will be accompanied by an NHLPA letter.
