2004-05 Jay Rosehill University of Minnesota-Duluth Game Worn Jersey - Photo Match
Lot #339

This white knit gamer by CCM was worn by Jay Rosehill during the 2004-05 WCHA season. The Tampa Bay Lightning selected Rosehill in the 7th round of the 2003 NHL Entry Draft. Jay played his lone season of college hockey at the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2004-05 before turning pro the following year. He made his NHL debut with the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2009-10 where he played for three seasons. Rosehill completed his NHL career with the Philadelphia Flyers where he played for a couple of years. This enforcer rang up better than 3 PIMS per game during his NHL career while also ringing up big PIMS totals in the AHL where he played for parts of 10 seasons.

The game wear on this size 56 sweater is solid and consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes, washed out bloodstains, material pulls and inner pilling. Shown above is a beautiful photo match of Rosehill wearing this exact jersey during the 2004-05 season. Rosehill played just one year of college hockey, appearing in 34 games for the Bulldogs while amassing 103 PIMS! A terrific well-worn photo matched offering from the brief collegiate career of this former enforcer.
