Description
2004-05 Chris Porter University of North Dakota Game Worn Jersey – “Frozen Four” – Team Letter
Lot #290
This green dazzle cloth gamer by Nike was worn by Chris Porter during the 2004-05 WCHA season. The Chicago Blackhawks selected Porter in the 9th round of the 2003 NHL Entry Draft. Porter spent 4 seasons playing collegiate hockey at the University of North Dakota before entering the NHL in 2008-09. Chris has spent all of his NHL time playing for the St. Louis Blues and is now in his 6th NHL season. Porter has the distinction of having played in 175 consecutive college hockey games, an NCAA and WCHA record that he shares with teammate Ryan Duncan. Chris also achieved the honor of Team Captain.

Sewn to the left breast of this gamer is the 2005 NCAA Frozen Four patch. The game wear on this size 56 sweater is solid and consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes, stitch pops and inner pilling. Porter wore this sweater during his sophomore season as he and his Fighting Sioux marched all the way to the Frozen Four Finals. A tremendous collegiate offering, worn by this veteran NHLer during his record setting career with the Fighting Sioux and sporting the ever-desirable Frozen Four patch, choice! This jersey will be accompanied by a University of North Dakota team letter.
